Euclid Public Library Board of Trustees swore in its new Board President, Carmen Epps, at its first Regular Board Meeting on January 18, 2022. This is Epps' first term as Board President since her Board appointment in June 2016 after serving as the Euclid Public Library Foundation Treasurer.

Euclid Public Library has resumed in-person browsing and additional services, including computer usage, passport processing, faxing, copying, scanning, checkouts, and limited meeting room use.

Euclid Public Library celebrates lifelong learning this holiday with The Gift of Stories: Winter Celebrations Around the World. This December, EPL will feature a variety of winter celebrations to delight your eyes and tickle your brain with decorations throughout the library, showcasing how different countries celebrate this season.

To prevent a continued surge in Cuyahoga County cases and to minimize potential exposure to the public and staff, Euclid Public Library will resume its modified hours of operations until further notice.

We are excited to welcome all patrons back to the building this fall safely. Starting Wednesday, August 18, EPL will resume the Adult Chaperone Required (ACR) policy that requires students age 17 or younger to be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other chaperone age 21 or older between the hours of 1:30 PM and 4:00 PM Monday through Friday during the school year.

The State Library of Ohio has announced a change in our daily delivery service providers. Due to this change, patrons may experience delays in receiving holds on items requested from other libraries. These delays are temporary and will likely be resolved by the end of April 2022.

On Tuesday, June 15, 2021, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed a resolution establishing June 19 as Juneteenth National Independence Day, a U.S. holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the United States. Euclid Public Library will celebrate Juneteenth this year, virtually, with the Cleveland Area Black Storytellers on Friday, June 18, at noon and with local faith leaders to discuss Black Faith Communities: Our Social Justice Role in the Past, Present, and Future on Monday, June 21, at 6:30 PM.

The Board of Library Trustees of the Euclid Public Library is soliciting statements of qualifications for owner’s representative services for renovating, improving and equipping the Euclid Public Library.

'Color Your World' this Summer with the Euclid Public Library Summer Reading Program for all ages! Families, teens, and adults can now register for Summer Reading using the online platform, Beanstack.

Euclid Pubic Library has resumed normal business operations such as material browsing, one-hour computer sessions, copying, faxing, and reference services.
